SHOP / STORE
At present we have our online presence with this website and store.
Uniquely Sporting also makes regular special appearances at UK auctions, antique & vintage fairs and collectors markets in the South-East of England.

FRAMING
To keep overall costs down signed photos / prints, etc., come without a frame (unless specified) to reduce shipping fees and to minimize damage to the item. Some items may be mounted for future framing.
If you want a custom frame & perspex glass supplied with a photo / print, etc, please CONTACT US with requirements for a quote. We do not ship anything glazed with glass but on occasion will dispatch a framed item under perspex, especially if this is how the item came to us.
Framed / large items will rarely be posted overseas from the UK unless the buyer is prepared to cover the increase costs of packing, shipping & insurance, etc.

POSTAGE / PACKING / DELIVERY TIMES
In most cases standard post & packing charges are included in the price of each item (unless otherwise specified).
For the UK, items will be dispatched within 5 working days. Larger items via courier may take longer.
Outside the UK, dispatch is up to 7 working days.
December / Xmas deliveries will take longer....
Buyers from outside the UK will be responsible for paying any required customs / import duties as well as any required special postage options. Please notify of any special customs requirements before dispatch otherwise we cannot be held responsible if any packages go missing in the post or for any added costs.
All items will be posted out via regular mail / courier unless the buyer requests special requirements such as Tracking / Signed For options. If you have any special or express delivery requirements, please advise at the time of purchase otherwise any loss in post will be borne by the buyer.
Given the physical nature of its valuable stock, Uniquely Sporting has a no return policy, so please contact us with any questions before making a purchase and prior to dispatch.
We normally recycle post and packaging when sending out items but endeavour to ensure all items are received in the same condition they leave us.

RETURNS
Only under exceptional circumstances, will we accept a returned item.
In the case of signed / autographed, or rare, vintage / antique items, Uniquely Sporting are unable to accept any returns.
In the event that we do accept an item for return, we reserve the right to deduct - from any monies refunded - any relevant costs we incurred (e.g postage, packaging, handling, insurance, etc) in the dispatch of the item in the first instance.
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned via the same delivery method as it was originally sent. And will ensure the item is re-packaged appropriately to avoid any damage in transit. The buyer will also be responsible for paying the return postage / courier charge where relevant. If the item is damaged on its return, we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate cost from any monies refunded.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
While we are fully populating this web store, we are only able to provide the briefest of details and descriptions at this time, and so we are selling on an "as seen" basis. To avoid any problems please contact us - before placing an order - for a fuller description, more photos, size and condition of any item(s), you may be interested in.
SCRAPBOOK QUALITY
Where possible we do detail which signed items are what we term "Scrapbook" quality - which are of lesser quality usually being cut-out newspaper images and articles, items previously stuck in books, have folds and holes (for staples and filing), odd-shaped pieces, etc. We hope our photos show this detail as best as possible. If in any doubt please contact us first as we will be unable to accept returns for signed / autographed items.

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY (COAs)
Uniquely Sporting does not provide COAs as a matter of course. We make sure all items pass our rigorous in-house checks for authenticity before putting them up for sale. In many cases we do seek third-party / independent expert opinion on our items.
If we receive COAs from third-party dealers we are happy to send these along with the relevant items purchased for the buyer's info only - and represent no representation on our behalf.
VALUATION & OFFERS TO BUY
Uniquely Sporting is unable to provide a free valuation service given the amount of requests we receive.
If you have a piece of Unique Sporting Memorabilia you think we may be interested in buying, please, in the first instance, CONTACT US with brief details and sizes (If relevant) of what you are offering, plus any provenance of signatures / autographs, etc. Also, and very importantly, please quote us a price you are looking to sell your item.
Again, given the number of items we are offered on a daily basis, we can only reply to those offers we have a firm interest in and will normally ask to see good quality photos before making a decision.
We are also unable to respond to any requests for charitable donations as we already support & represent a number of good causes.
